Stefan Lindberg-Jones is a British-Swedish entrepreneur, Life Coach, Mentor and founder of Your Life, Your Call, based in Doha, Qatar, where he has lived for nearly two decades.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Stefan began his career in television and broadcasting, working with organisations including Sky, ITV, Virgin Media and Al Jazeera English. His journey took him from technical and operational roles into management, leadership and eventually entrepreneurship.
In 2011, Stefan founded Ginger Camel, a media production company in Qatar, which he built and led for approximately 14 years. During this time, he worked with clients across the region, developed creative teams and experienced the challenges and rewards of running a business. In 2016, he was recognised as British Businessman of the Year by the Qatar British Business Forum.
But life hasn't always followed the expected path. Alongside professional success, Stefan has experienced personal challenges, business setbacks and the difficult process of starting again. These experiences have shaped his understanding of people, resilience and the importance of knowing ourselves beyond our careers and achievements.
Today, Stefan is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working with professionals, educators, university students, young adults and individuals navigating different stages of their lives. His coaching and mentoring work takes him into schools, universities and organisations across Qatar.
Beyond his professional coaching practice, Stefan has built a large international community through TikTok, where his regular live conversations bring people together to discuss life, relationships, personal challenges and the questions we don't always make time to ask ourselves. What began as conversations on social media has grown into a community built around openness, curiosity and human connection.
In 2026, Stefan founded Your Life, Your Call, a UK-registered company and digital platform designed to give people a quiet space to reflect, explore their thoughts and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Drawing on his experiences as an employee, leader, entrepreneur, husband, father and coach, Stefan brings a grounded and human perspective to his speaking engagements, workshops and conversations.
He doesn't believe in telling people how to live their lives. Instead, he encourages people to question, reflect and discover what matters to them.
His philosophy is simple: sometimes the most valuable thing we can offer another person isn't advice, but the space to be heard.
